The Indiana Pacers have been undergoing a rebuilding phase for quite a while now, and it seems like they have discovered a promising foundation in their rookie forward, Jarace Walker. Selected as the 8th overall pick in this year's draft, Walker showcased an impressive display of skills during Monday's game against the Orlando Magic at the NBA summer league in Las Vegas. He contributed greatly to the team's dominant 108-85 victory, registering 16 points, four rebounds, four assists, along with a steal and a block. While Jarace Walker's overall performance in the game was commendable, there is room for improvement in his shooting skills. He went four-for-13 from the field and one-for-four from the free-throw line, indicating an area that still requires development. However, it was anticipated that refining his shooting abilities would be a part of Walker's growth trajectory when he was drafted.

• 7. Anthony Black (Orlando Magic) - 77

He has the skillful handle, wide vision and excellent passing that are rare for his size, which gives him the potential to be the engine of a team, and this is the role he currently plays at the University of Arkansas. This season Black represented the team in 36 NCAA games, with an average playing time of 34.3 minutes, 12.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 2.1 steals and 0.6 blocks, and 3 turnovers. The shooting percentage was 45.3%. He made 30.1% of his three-pointers and 70.5% of his free throws. Black's comprehensiveness on the offensive end, especially his court awareness and passing ability, far exceeded everyone's expectations. His outside shooting stability does need to be improved, but it is not as bad as imagined. On the defensive end , He is also a very good perimeter defender and has the potential to grow into a top perimeter gate.
