Elden Ring 1.12 Best Build

Elden Ring 1.12 Best Build: Overpowered Intelligence Build for Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

This Elden Ring build for Patch 1.12 is constructed on a level 150 character, which is one of the best options in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. This build is good for clearing rooms and taking on groups of enemies with its high DPS and high health, Crystal sorceries are the major damage dealer, then flasks and talismans provide additional survivability and sustain, you are going to be able to defeat hard bosses in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

1. Stats

The most critical attribute for this build is intelligence, invest enough points on intelligence will make the build’s spellcasting abilities significantly amplified, and be capable of dealing massive damage to enemies. The increase in the intelligence stat makes the staff even stronger.

- Vigor 40

- Mind 45

- Endurance 30

- Strength 20

- Dexterity 14

- Intelligence 60

- Faith 10

- Arcane 10

2. Weapons

- Crystal Staff: a Glintstone Staff in Elden Ring, you require 48 intelligence to use this weapon. It offers 10% damage boost to Crystalian sorceries is a significant advantage. This weapon has a relatively fast spell-casting speed, allowing you to cast spells quickly and deal damage rapidly. You can upgrade the Crystal Staff as high as possible to raise the damage output. It is hidden behind an illusory wall in the room right before the boss gate in the Academy Crystal Cave. If you don’t have the weapon, use another staff until you can get your hands on this one.

3. Armor

When it comes to the armor, Twinsage Glintstone Crown can give you a plus 6 to intelligence, you can lower the stat than what you really need but leads to a 9% detriment of HP and stamina. So you can use an Imp Head (Cat) instead if you have it, which only increases intelligence by 2, with a negative impact. Then go with Ronin's Armor and Ronin's Gauntlets.

4. Sorceries

- Shattering Crystal: requires 38 intelligence, it deals massive damage to enemies in a forward burst, with a relatively low casting time, making it a powerful tool for the build.

- Crystal Torrent: requires 47 intelligence, deals continuous damage to enemies with a charged attack, combined with its high damage output.

- Crystal Release: requires 41 intelligence, scours area with violent rain of crystal shards.

5. Incantations

- Terra Magica: creates a spherical zone, increases magic potency while standing inside of the sphere by 35% (20% in PVP).

- Golden Vow: increases attack and defense for self and allies.

6. Flask of Wondrous

- Magic-Shrouding Cracked Tear: temporarily boosts all magic attacks by 20% (12.5% in PvP).

- Cerulean Hidden Tear: grant unlimited FP consumption for 15 seconds.

7. Talismans

The combination of the Magic Scorpion Charm, Ritual Sword Talisman, Godfrey Icon, and Graven-Mass Talisman provides a massive boost to the build's damage output.

- Magic Scorpion Charm: 12% magic damage increase, increases physical damage taken by 10%.

- Godfrey Icon: 15% attack power increase for charge spells and skills.

- Ritual Sword Talisman: 10% attack power increase when at full health.
