You can get Sharp Grand Charm on the second run with 10 to maximum damage and a 53 attack rating. Find Item skill gives you the power to find items and so you did Jalal's Mane dropped on 27, next, you got a Gheed's Fortune on 48 using the same method. You got a Lo Rune on 112, next Andariel's Visage drops on 115, we got our second Lo eight runes after we get our first one hell, now that's what we call instant karma, it's ethereal, run 145 we get a goal and that's cool. Run 156 we got our first Laying of Hands Bramble Mitts and it's a bit strange.
