Lost Ark Christmas Festivity Island Event Guide 2022

The Festivity Island has been added to Lost Ark in the December Update to hold the Christmas event and celebrate the holiday season with players. Like Snowpang Island, by completing the quests you will earn limited-time currency to exchange the bulk of rewards including T3 honing mats, card packs, special costumes and mount. 

Lost Ark Festivity Island Event Start & End Date

This Christmas Festivity Island event will run from December 14, 2022, to February 8, 2023. That means you have almost 2 months to complete the quests and get your rewards, but don't forget to redeem the time-limited currency you get within the expiry date or they will be worthless.

How To Get To the Festivity Island and Join The Christmas Event?

You're going to be able to find this island relatively near Calthers and of course, you can just type it on the search thing if I could type festivity properly right there. Just Sail on over and then you should be able to use the ocean liner to get here.

Bifrost is not available, so you may feel overwhelmed to travel once every 2 hours. Characters who visit by ship for the first time can go directly from each port by liner, so you can get there quickly by using a liner.

There are two limited-time currencies: Joytide Star & Joytide Twilight Star that you need to focus on, since they can be earned and used to exchange special items and valuable rewards during the Christmas event.

How To Get Joytide Stars & Joytide Twilight Stars?

• To complete the daily event quests listed below on the Festivity Island during the event time you will receive Joytide Star

• Challenge Guardian raids, Abyssal Dungeons, and Chaos dungeons also give you Joytide Stars as rewards

• You can exchange two Joytide Twilight Stars a week with Joytide Stars

Festivity Island Quests & Rewards

Daily quests can be done 1 per day per expedition per day. On top of that, you can also do co-op quests every two hours. You can earn rewards by using the Christmas Twilight Star and stars obtained from quests. Within Lost Ark Festivity Island, there are some special events and a total of two daily quests. 

1 - Invitation in the Snow

• Quest: Receive the invitation to Festivity Island

• Reward: 10 x Joytide Star

Before entering the generous festival island, press the quest window (J) and accept the invitation in the white snow in the guided quest. It is a simple quest that can be completed just by entering the generous Festivity island.

2 -  Warm Winter Feast

• Quest: Teste Polar Bear Turry's Winter Food

• Questgiver: Polar Bear Turry

• Reward: 10 x Joytide Star & 20 x Snowflake Powder

The first quest is the quest you can get from the White Bear Terry, which can be played once a day. The Warm Winter Dinner quest is a simple quest to taste food made by the Polar Bear Turry, and you can earn the Joytide Star, a festivity island currency, and make the Supper: Winter Festival Cake in the territory with additional Snowflake Powder materials.

How To Get The Snowflake Powder?

You can obtain the Snowflake Powder from the daily roster-bound quest, this means you can only feast twice a day. 

3 - Warm Winter Feast

• Quest: Making Winter Festival Cake

• Questgiver: Polar Bear Turry

• Reward: 10 x Joytide Star

If you have the snowflake powder ingredients you can get when you complete the quest, you can make the Feast: Winter Festival Cake and the BBQ: Winter Festival Cake at the Expedition Estate. It can be manufactured and used until Febuary 8th, 2023.

4 - Defending Dreams

• Quest: Defead the Holly Jolly Boris

• Reward: 10 x Joytide Star

The second quest on the island of generous festivals is the co-op quest On the Naughty List.  The Festivity Island is said to be a place where gifts are prepared for friends who are on the Good Friends list in Akrasia, and it is said that it is so generous that even the nicest good friends can receive gifts. This is why the world is becoming more chaotic every day. You just have to drive out the red-nosed Geloti who has invaded the island of generous festivals. You can show the spiciness through the lollipops hanging on the floor or on the tree. The story of defending the gifts by defeating the villains who came to steal the gifts where they are preparing Christmas presents.

Once every 2 hours, we saved the dream co-op quest:

Start by holding a lollipop.

Deal with the bosses that appear. You can do damage with a click, and if you hold down the mouse button without releasing it, it becomes an automatic deal.

Capture boss number 3 and the quest is complete. You can earn Joytide stars while beating bosses. At the end of the quest, you can exchange rewards with NPCs.

After the boss defeat, line up/dance to finish. When the dance is completed, a close-up of the background around the center at the end forms a formation, ending with a close-up of the user dancing.

5 - On the Naughty List

• Questgiver: Snowflake Reindeer Geloti

• Quest: Challenge raids and dungeons including the new Brelshaza raid

• Reward: 10 x Joytide Star for each challenge

Challenge the new Guardian Raids, Abyssal Dungeons, Chaos dungeons, and Brelshaza raids. 

The festivity island rewards are items that provide the necessary materials for upgrading, such as probability and leapstones, to ease the burden of character growth. Currently, the prices of Leapstone, Honor Shards, Guardian Stone Crystal, and Destruction Stone Crystal are quite high, so every time you fail, there is a burden. The event that reduces this burden lasts for the whole month. If you are raising a minor character, we think it is an essential event you should join.
