WoW Dragonflight 10.0.7 Profession Rares & Artisan Curio Guide

Dragonflight patch 10.0.7 will be the opportunity to slaughter rare monsters in the Forbidden Reach on a loop. You were already doing it in the Dragon Islands, but it will be pushed a little further in these well-known places of the Drachtyrs. What you may not know yet is that several rare elites will need to be summoned using your professions.

To summon the rare mobs, you need Artisan Curios. For each of the 13 professions in Dragonflight, there is an Artisan Curio. You can find them easily. For example, mining, herbalism, fishing, or furrier. Some Artisan Curios (for example for cooking) are also dropped by normal mobs or can be found in chests. By the way, you don't need to have the right profession to find these Artisan Curios.

How To Get & Craft Artisan Curios in Dragonflight 10.0.7?

But of course, there is a catch: These Artisan Curios are unfortunately broken and have to be crafted by the respective craftsman before you can do anything with them. Luckily, Trader Hag'arth in the main camp within The Forbidden Reach can help, because he has repair recipes. However, these are bound to the profession. So you can only buy the recipes you can learn. But they only cost a ridiculous price of 10x Artisan's Mettle. So you can create an Artisan Curio from broken curios and the repair recipe and summon the rare with it.

Of course, since broken curios can be found regardless of the profession, the cook may find a Crystal Fork but not be able to repair it. This is where the crafting system comes into play. Because the chef can now use the orders to look for a jeweler who can bring this broken curiosity back into shape. In this way, the cook can also summon the corresponding rare mob.

How To Summon Profession Rares with Artisan Curios in Dragonflight 10.0.7?

Once the object is created, the game will indicate a specific area on your minimap (the icon is a circle with two swords crossing each other). All you have to do then is go there and figure out how to use the item to spawn the rare. 

Unfortunately, summoning cannot be performed everywhere. Because of course, there is a specific place for every summon. There the Artisan Curios can then be placed in an item to summon the rare mob. Of course, you don't need the right to summon here either.

If there is no item at the spawn points where the rare can be summoned, you just have to be patient for a few minutes. The respawn time of the items is between 5 and 10 minutes. There are different spawn points per rare mob where you can place your curiosity in an item.

In the case of the Cooking, you have to go to the Morqut Village in the center of the Forbidden Reaches and click on the Spiceless Stew which is next to her.
