This is a showcase of the Guardian Swordspear, showing off 5 amazing builds you can do with the weapon in Elden Ring! It has a solid moveset, great base damage & scaling specifically on Keen Affinity. It’s becoming one of the favorite weapons as of late, being both useful and fun to use.

Lightning Guardian Build

Here is the lightning Guardian build which will focus on the Keen Guardian Swordspear and Electrify Armament, this is a faith and dexterity build that mixes incantations like ancient dragon lightning strike with the Keen sword spear, when using Electrify Armament with 50 faith and 40 dexterity at level 150, we can hit over 800 AR with the sword spear, this is a great way to take advantage of the sword Spears excellent base damage in combination with the added 180 plus damage you get with Electrify Armament, we're taking on the fire giant, mixing in use of the sword spear with Thunderbolt and ancient dragon lightning strike, this while utilizing the powerful AR of the weapon can easily handle the fire giant 64 000 HP on new game plus seven, he can be a tad challenging and always intimidating but he'll go down quickly to the massive output of lightning damage, this build has the lightning damage potential of this build is truly unreal, you can do an insane amount of damage, it's also a larger Target which makes it perfect to practice something like ancient dragon lightning strike in combination with the sword Spear and Thunderbolt, he's basically perfect for this and he'll fall rather quickly to the combination build between the two as ancient dragon lightning strike particularly does a ton of damage to larger Targets.

Blood Guardian Build

Blood Guardian build is a powerful way to build up bleed and get solid damage out of the sword spear itself, here we have the guardian swords here and blood Affinity giving us around 600 AR and close to 130 bleed, we'll be using repeating thrust, but another great option here is blood tax, both will chew through the gods can Duo fairly easily as each of the ash of war is able to proc bleed usually once each time you use the ash of war you can usually proc it once, making it a very potent Choice, damage in combination with the amount of bleed we are getting is another great way to mix up the sword Spear and although it doesn't work in Keen Affinity, blood Affinity will give you a b in dexterity so your damage will still be solid, we use sleeping pots to make our lives easier here as it's a great way to handle the gods can Duo if you're ever having trouble with them sleeping pots is always a solid answer repeating thrust absolutely destroys their nearly 40 000 combined HP on new game plus 7, and we're able to beat them fairly easily, this Blood Guardian building set up, that was a lot of fun to do too, it's a nice mix up to what we regularly do with bleed as far as all the jump attacks and stuff, you can always change it up, there's a whole bunch of different good weapons you can utilize for bleed and the Guardian Sword spear is no exception with repeating thrust and blood affinity.

Magic Guardian Build

We'll use Glintblade Phalanx for this build, we're going to be using glint blades to do the posture and Poise damage in combination with the Guardian SwordSpear and cold Affinity to build up Frost damage and get good AR out of the regular hits as well, be mixing in the posture damage in combination with the dexterity scaling or getting on Frost to get in hits when we could, the use of the ash here is primarily for those Poise breaks while the sword spear itself and frost will build up Frost damage while getting a good portion of its damage from your dexterity stat, Maliketh, this is an excellent combination though if you're looking to mix Poise damage, Frost damage, and the Guardian Sword Spears powerful regular hits and moveset.

Giant Hunter Guardian Build

This is a pure dexterity build, and out of all these this takes the most advantage to the base damage on Keen Affinity with that a scaling the weapon gets, we took on Gideon here, and we're able to basically just unlock him with giant hunt, giant Hunt is extremely powerful against targets with low Poise as it can fly them up in the air and since they're usually vulnerable as they get up, you can attack them again with giant hunt and end these types of fights quickly, for bigger targets, giant hunt does solid Poise damage too and the damage in general off your dexterity stat with that a scaling and High base damage is powerful one without a doubt, Keen sword spear might be the best pure dexterity build in the game simply for the fact that a combo's insane base damage with a nearly s scaling on a weapon with a solid move set and decent reach.

All Fire Guardian Build

The one here is the flame Guardian that we're going to be doing which uses flame art on this Guardian Sword spirit in combination with the giant seals and Burn, O Flame, this was particularly tough on Godfrey as mixing stuff up can sometimes be difficult with his moveset, we are using flaming strike here which adds more fire damage hitting over 800 AR even though it is split damage, this focuses minimally on dexterity and strength and all on faith for both the damage of the weapons and any incantation that you're using for this build.
