Moreover, the update also addresses PvP aspects, with modifications to damage and hit points in this particular area.

1 - Best Strength Build: Grafted Blade Greatsword Build
Weapons: Grafted Blade Greatsword+10
Talismans: Bull-Goat's Talisman, Claw Talisman, Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom, Erdtree's Favor
Flasks: Flask of Crimson Tears
Stats (Level 140): 55 Vigor, 10 Mind, 30 Endurance, 71 Strength, 18 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 9 Faith, 7 Arcane
It's a machine and currently, we think it's one of the best weapons in the game and that's due to its Ash of War - Oath of Vengeance. Now this Ash of War does a few different things. It gives +5 points to every attribute. The main attraction is often using Oath of Vengeance, you now have active Poise or passive poise, which means for 5 seconds you can walk through any attack like you just used to endure. Before this patch, you could kinda do that anyway if you had enough Poise but now since that has been deleted from the game, this weapon has way more of a place in the game and you can use this in different situations and just beat the hell out of people. In addition to that, it's also a colossal sword and if you have enough Poise you can basically trade with anything. If you're struggling in PvP, we think just get yourself a greatsword specifically this one.
2 - Best Strength & Faith Build: Heavy Brick Hammer Build
Weapons: Heavy Brick Hammer+25 with Lion's Claw, Gravel Stone Seal+25
Talismans: Ritual Sword Talisman, Shard of Alexander, Dagger Talisman, Lightning Scorpion Charm
Armor: Elden Load Armor, Elden Lord Bracers, Elden Lord Greaves
Flasks: Greenburst Crystal Tear, Stonebard Cracked Tear
Stats (Level 140): 10 Vigor, 30 Mind, 30 Endurance, 60 Strength, 10 Dexterity, 10 Intelligence, 60 Faith, 10 Arcane
The Great Mace stands out as a versatile weapon, excelling in various aspects, and among other Great Hammers, it proves to be a fierce competitor in terms of both damage output and reach. By enhancing it with the potent Ash of War Lions Claw, the Heavy Great Hammer becomes a formidable force, delivering unmatched Poise damage. This powerful forward attack move allows players to effortlessly handle both PvP and PvE opponents with its exceptionally high Poise in Elden Ring. Additionally, the Lion's Claw offers swift recovery and attack speed, enabling players to wield it effectively in various combat situations without worrying about being staggered by enemy strikes. Depending on the chosen Melee Armament, players also gain a substantial chance of breaking through enemy stances, opening up opportunities for significant critical hits.
3 - Frenzy Flame Build: Vyke's War Spear Build
Weapons: Vyke's War Spear with Frenzyflame Thrust (Right Hand), Erdtree Seal+10 (Right Hand), Frenzied Flame Seal (Left Hand)
Armor: Iron Kasa, Raging Wolf Armor, Scaled Gauntlets, Bull-Goat Greaves
Talismans: Shard of Alexander, Fire Scorpion Charm, Ritual Sword Tlisman, Godfrey Icon
Flasks: Opaline Headtear, Flame=Shrouding Cracked Tear
Stats (Level 150): 60 Vigor, 24 Mind, 26 Endurance, 16 Strength, 20 Dexterity, 7 Intelligence, 65 Faith, 11 Arcane
This is a really fun madness and faith build that can do solid damage to melt your enemies. Even if bosses can’t go mad, the damage you can get from frenzy incantations is really good. There’s a good setup here to boost the damage further so you can take on bosses with these fun Incantations! This frenzy flame build does substantial damage while also being an all-around good time. Even though bosses can't get Madness build-up, the Flame of Frenzy does a total of almost 60 Poise damage and solid fire damage as well. Flame of Frenzy is a great incantation to use on larger targets and you'll hit them with most of it and take them down fairly quickly. This one can be charged too, so keep the Godfrey Icon on hand and make sure you charge it up for additional damage.
4 - Best Faith & Dexterity Build: Godslayer's Greatsword Build
Weapons: Godslayer's Greatsword+10 with The Queen's Black Flame, Godslayer's Seal+25
Armor: Raging Wolf Helm, Raging Wolf Armor, Blaidd's Gauntlets, Blaidd's Greaves
Talismans: Shard of Alexander, Flock's Canvas Talisman, Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman, Fire Scorpion Charm
Flasks: Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear, Opaline Hardtear
Incantations: Golden Vow, Flame, Grant Me Strength, Black Flame, Scouring Black Flame, Black Flame Ritual
Stats (Level 200): 60 Vigor, 35 Mind, 27 Endurance, 34 Strength, 57 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 50 Faith, 7 Arcane
We have the Godslayer's Greatsword+10 as our main weapon and we'll be having a lot of fun with its unique skill the Queen's black flame - it does have a bit of a long wind-up animation, but once you start spotting enemies punish windows you will be doing a lot of punishing, thanks to patch 1.09 colossal swords have increased attribute scaling. The armor set we used here puts us at 51 poise for PvE, keeps us at a medium load, and looks pretty Elden bling. We can spam the Queen's Black Flame on the Godslayer's Greatsword, switch between two-handing the sword for the strength boost and one-handing it with our Godslayer's Seal to give ourselves access to our black flame incantations. These can be great for keeping distance between us and the bosses and chip away nicely at enemies' health bars. You really can just keep switching it up depending on what you are fighting.
5 - Best Dexterity Build: Hand of Malenia Build
Weapons: Hand of Malenia+10 with Waterfowl Dance,
Talismans: Millicent's Prosthesis, Shard of Alexander, Erdtree's Favor, Bull-Goat's Talisman
Stats (Level 138): 60 Vigor, 16 Mind, 31 Endurance, 20 Strength, 70 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 9 Faith, 7 Arcane
Here we're going to be using a pure dexterity build centered around the Hand of Melania. Since the recent patch changed the way that Poise works, a lot of Ash of War's true combo and the first two parts of the Waterfowl Dance do combo if you do stun your opponent with the initial part. So if you Poise break them on the first part of the Ash of War, it's going to true combo into the second, and then you can go for the third part as a rolling catch. Honestly, it's a really long-ranged AOE and it does high damage.
6 - Best Poison Bleed Build: Keen Venomous Fang Build
Weapons: Keen Venomous Fang+25 (Right Hand), Serpentbone Blade (Left Hand)
Armor: Mushroom Crown
Talismans: Kindred of Rot's Exultation, Lord of Blood's Exultation, Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, Milligent's Prosthesis
Flasks: Thorny Cracked Tear, Opaline Hardtear
Stats (Level 125): 50 Vigor, 13 Mind, 22 Endurance, 14 Strength, 71 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 15 Faith, 10 Arcane
This best poison bleed build in patch 1.10 is the most powerful passive effect build without arcane, not only the most lethal but also the most stylish. The best poison build is using status blood flame bleed blood loss updated after patch 1.10, which is faster and more lethal than regular poison. This setup makes a completely devastating build that makes fighting bosses just too easy and turns everything into straight mashed potatoes. Keen Venomous Fang comes equipped with a deadly poison that deals double the damage but only lasts for one-third of the time that regular poison would. Keen Venomous Fang is indeed a special claw weapon but just deadly poison alone is not deadly enough, in order to create the most powerful passive effect build, we will need to bow down to the gods of blood loss. So we use the top G version of blood loss which is Bloodflame, this will allow us to keep the weapon as Keen infused, so when we stack up on our dexterity level we can get the highest attack power possible. This is the mathematically correct most powerful setup here - High dexterity level using the Keen Affinity with the blood flame on top. Also, this way we aren't totally relying on blood loss to deal our damage, the bleed from blood flame is just an addition not the core of this build.
7 - Best Healing Build: Blasphemous Blade Build
Weapons: Blasphemous Blade+10 with Taker's Flames (Right Hand), Serpent-God's Curved Sword with Spinning Slash (Left Hand)
Talismans: Fire Scorpion Charm, Shard of Alexander, Blessed Dew Talisman, Ritual Sword Talisman
Flasks: Flame-Shrouding Cracked Tear, Opaline Hardtear
Stats (Level 150): 50 Vigor, 32 Mind, 20 Endurance, 22 Strength, 15 Dexterity, 10 Intelligence, 70 Faith, 10 Arcane
The ultimate healing build within Elden Ring is essentially using the Blasphemous blade and the Serpent-God's Curved Sword, these work really well together whether it is within the last fight within Elden Ring which is against Beast or some of the other bosses throughout the game. So essentially how this works is we have our Ash of War and every time it lands, you get 10% of your max HP back. And then once you kill something, the Serpent-God's Curved Sword actually regenerates a big chunk of HP as well, this works perfectly when clearing dungeons and clearing some of the bosses within the game.
8 - Best Arcane Build: Dragon Communion Build
Weapons: Dragon Communion Seal+10 (Right Hand), Dragon Communion Seal+10 (Left Hand)
Stats (Level 125): 40 Vigor, 10 Mind, 11 Endurance, 14 Strength, 13 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 33 Faith, 78 Arcane
Talismans: Flock's Canvas Talismans, Blue Dancer Charm, Ritual Sword Talisman, Roar Medallion
Incantations: Greyoll's Roar
The whole idea of this One-Shot build is to just use Greyoll's Roar to get into enemies and attack them, sometimes could be a surprise situation or you could just run into a group of enemies and it's hopefully it lands. Thankfully this does have a large hitbox, you can just run into it or walk into it and you can just take the full damage that it gives out. Thankfully that Greyoll's Roar is also all physical damage, it could make use of the Blue Dancer Charm and the damage scaling is dependent on the equipped load.
9 - Best Faith Build: Prelate's Flame Art Inferno Crozier Build
Weapons: Prelate's Flame Art Inferno Crozier+25 (Right Hand), Godslayer's Seal+25 (Left Hand)
Armor: Fire Prelate Set
Talismans: Flock's Canvas Talismans, Radagon Icon, Shard of Alexander, Bull-Goat's Talisman
Spells: Whirl, O Flame!, Giantsflame Take Thee, Catch Flame, Flame, Fall Uppn Them, Flame of the Fell God
Stats (Level 300): 60 Vigor, 50 Mind, 64 Endurance, 48 Strength, 40 Dexterity, 9 Intelligence, 99 Faith, 9 Arcane
Yearning to effortlessly toss human-sized foes like flapjacks? Look no further than the Prelate's Inferno Crozier – the ultimate weapon for this delightful pursuit. This massive hammer bears a striking resemblance to Executioner Smough's infamous tool from Dark Souls but with a fiery twist. Infused with fire, the weapon skill, known as "Ashes of War," unleashes a charging attack transforming the entire hammer into a blazing trail of destruction. Anything caught in its path is consumed by flames until the target is reached. The unfortunate recipients of this assault are not only flung into the air but also left scorched, effectively becoming a savory feast for the wielder of this formidable hammer.
10 - Best Arcane Build: Great Mace Build
Weapons: Occult Great Mace+25 with Cragblade (Right Hand), Blood Short Sword (Right Hand), Occult Great Mace+25 with Cragblade (Left Hand), Blood Dagger with Bloody Slash (Left Hand), Finger Seal+25
Armor: Raptor's Black Feathers
Talismans: Green Turtle Talisman, Claw Talisman, Rotten Winged Sword Insignia, Red-Feathered Branchsword
Flasks: Stonebard Cracked Tear, Greenspill Crystal Tear
Stats (Level 200): 15 Vigor, 25 Mind, 35 Endurance, 85 Strength, 17 Dexterity, 14 Intelligence, 33 Faith, 99 Arcane
With this build, we are going to defeat all remembrance and mandatory bosses No Hit and as fast as possible using only the Great Maces with the Cragblade Ash of War! This great hammer is definitely one of the most underrated weapons in its own category and in the whole game, but it turns out that the great mace has very good scale values and you can apply it to any Ash of War you want.
