Blizzard revealed major changes coming to Diablo 4 with the launch of Season 2, dubbed Season of Blood, and patch 1.2.0. D4 Season 4 Best Rogue Build Tier List

In the 1.2.0 patch, Rogue won’t see as many updates as other classes as the devs feel the Rogue is in a good place, there are only some buffs to Rogue basic skills.  Therefore we will not see major changes to the Rogue Builds meta list in Season 2. But with the addition of new unique and vampire powers, some builds may become stronger.

So here are the best Rogue builds ranking for Season 2:

• 1. Twisting Blade Rogue (S Tier) - PSN still broken / even stronger with 1.6x & giga buff, Best Boss Killer in the game

• 2. Flurry Rapid Fire Rogue (S Tier) - Great all-round build with low gear requirement, high mobility, machine gun playstyle

• 3. Ranged Rain of Arrow Rogue (A Tier) - Huge CDR & Dmg Buffs

• 4. Barrage Rogue (A Tier) - Easy to play for all trades, extremely versatile for all content with high mobility, and the ability to blow up monster packs

• 5. Penetrating Shot Rogue (A Tier) - Easy to play, great AOE clear, powerful burst damage, long-range sniper

D4 Season 4 Best Necromancer Build Tier List

Forget about Bone Spear in Season of the Blood because everything else got vastly buffed! Blood builds are just in general going to be online a lot more often and more functional and with the changes to overpower are going to be a lot more intuitive to build. Shadow builds have been given some tools for additional more damage, they're able to prioritize better stats, and they're going to be just stronger in general than they were before. And especially with the reduction in crit damage bonus and vulnerable damage bonus, damage over time builds are now comparatively a lot stronger than they were before, that doesn't necessarily change how they feel in combat but it feel it changes how the player's interpretation of their impact in Combat versus other builds is going to fail. So it's literally just going to feel like less fomo and more fun to be playing builds since they're all going to be comparatively a lot more similar in strength.

So here is the best Necromancer build ranking for Season 2:

• 1. Blood Lance Necro (S Tier) - This is going to be the new Number 1 followed straight by shadow and summoner necromancer

• 2. Shadowblight CE Necro (A Tier) - If the X'Fal's Corroded Signet new Ring works with CE

• 3. Mendeln Summoner Necro (A Tier) - Lots of Minion buffs but mendeln nerfs via Bone Prison, Good Boss Killer

• 4. Bone Spear Necro (A Tier) - Though it gets nerfed, but still the most all-around Necro build with good AOE, fast resource gain, best single target damage, powerful offense and defense

• 5. Shadow Summoner Necromancer (B Tier) - Powerful AoE DOT damage and minion army for protection, low Barrier of entry for gear, no essence management

• 6. Blood Surge Necro (B Tier) - Massive AoE, great CC options, dependable undead army, multiple resources for damage

• 7. Sever Necro (B Tier) - Fast Mobility for a Necromancer, powerful AoE DOT damage, good for leveling but not for speedfarming

D4 Season 2 Best Barbarian Build Tier List

Barbarians are back and they are looking absolutely insane, we cannot stress this enough, we are so hyped after seeing the breakdown of what's to come in season 2 that the class changes too Barbarian, it's like they finally played their own game. The bonus damage granted while Berserking is active is now multiplicative instead of additive, this is such a massive change for Barbarians because the Nerf to crit damage and vulnerability is already being taken into effect across the entire game with mob scaling. Talents, Paragon board, it's now going to be even more important with some of the new legendary aspects and uniques coming to the game, this is such a big damage increase, it's going to help offset a lot of the lost power we're losing that every class is losing from vulnerable damage and crit damage. With the Hellhammer redesigned, we have +4 Ranks of Upheaval on this Unique weapon for Barbarian, which would make Upheaval to be one of the best skills of Season 2 though it is going to an endgame thing for sure.

So here is the best Barbarian build ranking for Season 2:

• 1. Windwhirl Bleed Barb (S Tier) - Best speed farmer as NMD 100 is easy, dmg while moving, Godly Bleed Buffs

• 2. Rend Barb (S Tier) -  Best Boss Killer / Duriel Farmer, Small AoE but good dmg, 100% vul uptime, Godly Bleed Buffs, Crazy Attack Speed

• 3. Double Swing Barb (A Tier) - Highest dmg overall, good cc, easy Fury Management, easiest Lilith Kill, Crazy Attack Speed

• 4. Upheaval Overpower Barb (A Tier) - Big AoE, Good Berserking uptime, low dmg / long cast animation

• 5. Leapquake Barb (B Tier) - New Glyph but still clunky

• 6. Thorns Barb (B Tier) - New Pact x1.3, Steel Grasp 1.5x

• 7. HotA Barb (B Tier) - x1.15 affix change

In patch 1.2.0 of Diablo 4 Season 2, the Druid class received significant changes. One of the major adjustments was related to how Fortify works in combination with Maximum Life and some buffs to underperforming minion abilities. Any way Druids will still be in a good place in Season 2/

In patch 1.2.0 of Diablo 4 Season 2, the Sorcerer class received significant changes. One notable improvement is a 400% increase in Hydra damage, making it a much more powerful ability.
